Delivery
we deliver!
Delivery is available seven (7) days a week from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Due to unpredictable weather and traffic situations; we require a minimum 3 hours leeway for each delivery. During inclement weather and traffic conditions beyond our control, times of delivery may be affected and you will be notified ahead of time by one of our staff members.
We will at all times try our very best to ensure that your orders are delivered within the desired time frame (9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3pm-6pm and 6pm-9pm). Orders must be placed by Wednesday for deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.
Please note: that due to COVID-19 we have reduced our hours of operation. Our lead time is currently at one week.
There is NO delivery service on any statutory holidays (the delivery will be made on the following regular business day).
Customers must provide us with specific instructions, a contact name, and phone number (with area code) prior to delivery. We are not responsible for orders left unattended. Second delivery attempts are not made unless requested and paid for in full for the second delivery attempt (fee depending on zone). No further attempts will be made after the second attempt.
*All prices and dollar amounts on this site are in Canadian dollars. A delivery fee is added to quotes based on your delivery area. Please provide us with a main intersection and we can quote you accordingly. Shipping fees are calculated based on distance from shop.
Picking up an order?
Pick up is only available during a limited number of hours as The Cookie Shop's facility is closed to the outside public. Please confirm if pick up is available for your order at time of order.
Delivery Zone:
Delivery prices are subject to change (depending on the day of the week, size of the product, or quantity of products). Please confirm price at the time of order.

- Standard Shipping (<5km from shop) ~$15
- Standard Shipping Plus (5km-8km) ~$20
- Ontario Shipping Plus (8km -10km) $30+
